Instructions for Brewing Goldzherbs Strong Taste Pure Coffee:

Brewing Filter Method:

Step 1: Add 25g (about 3 tablespoons) of coffee to the filter, spread evenly, and press lightly.
Step 2: Pour 40ml of boiling water into the filter and wait 2 minutes for the coffee to bloom.
Step 3: Add another 40ml of water and cover the filter to allow the coffee to drip slowly.
Step 4: Add milk, sugar, or ice to taste and enjoy.

Brewing Machine Method:

Step 1: Turn on the machine 20-30 minutes before brewing to heat the water in the boiler. Make sure the temperature gauge reads 85-92 degrees Celsius and the pressure is around 8.3-9.3 bar.
Step 2: Add 7-9g of coffee powder to the portafilter, level it off, and tamp it with moderate pressure.
Step 3: Run water for 3-5 seconds to clean the group head and stabilize the water temperature, then insert the portafilter into the machine.
Step 4: Place a cup under the machine, turn it on, and wait for the coffee to be extracted.
Espresso Shot (30-35ml) will take about 25-30 seconds to brew.
Iced Coffee (with milk): Add 2 tablespoons of condensed milk or sugar to the espresso shot, or adjust to taste, and stir well.

Wait for the coffee to cool slightly, or place the cup in the refrigerator for 1-2 minutes before adding ice. This is because the coffee will be around 90 degrees Celsius, and adding ice immediately will cause it to melt quickly, affecting the flavor of the pure coffee.
