Brewing Instructions for Goldzherbs Pure Aromatic Coffee:

Brewing Filter (Phin):

Step 1: Add 25g (about 3 tablespoons) of coffee to the phin filter, spread evenly, and press lightly.
Step 2: Pour 40ml of boiling water into the phin, wait 2 minutes for the coffee to bloom.
Step 3: Pour another 40ml of water, cover with the lid and let the coffee drip slowly.
Step 4: Add milk or sugar, ice, and enjoy.

Brewing Machine:

Step 1: Turn on the machine 20-30 minutes before brewing to heat the water in the boiler. Make sure the temperature gauge reads 85-92 degrees C and the pressure is around 8.3-9.3 bar.
Step 2: Add 7-9g of coffee powder to the portafilter, level the surface gently, and then use a tamper to compress the coffee with moderate pressure.
Step 3: Activate the water flow for 3-5 seconds to clean the brewing head and stabilize the water, then insert the portafilter into the machine.
Step 4: Place a coffee cup under the machine, turn on the machine, and wait for the coffee to be extracted into the cup.

Espresso Shot (30-35ml): It will take about 25-30 seconds to brew.

Iced Coffee (with milk): Add 2 tablespoons of condensed milk or sugar to the Espresso shot, or adjust according to your taste, and stir well.

Wait for the coffee to cool slightly, or put the coffee cup in the refrigerator for 1-2 minutes before adding ice and enjoying. Brewing this way results in coffee at about 90 degrees C, so adding ice immediately will cause it to melt quickly, affecting the flavor of the pure coffee.
